i found the location amazing, near the bus station. buses to santa claus village and the airport were right outside! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast had a good variety too.

The hotel didn't have phones in the rooms, difficult to contact reception, i had to go downstairs for everything. That was a little annoying!

I was disappointed by the temperature control in the room. The thermostat looked ineffective. The room remained too warm during my entire stay. the lack of clear instructions on how to operate the climate control system added frustration. It was difficult to resolve this independently.

The location was great. lots of shops and places to eat were nearby, it was so convenient! the breakfast had so many choices. I found something i loved every morning.

The room i stayed in felt a bit dated. the furniture looked worn and could use an update. there wasn't proper air conditioning. It was hard to regulate the temperature.
